At Hilo Hattie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of authentic Hawaiian fashion. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
